My brother and dad are going. They asked me if I wanted to go but eh, I hate having to plan things way in advance. I'm going to go see Disturbed next week on the Music as a Weapon 4 tour but I'm not going to be able to go when it starts since I can't skip my classes (I have too many absences and can't afford anymore...doh).

Band Photo: MegadethIn a recent update, Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine announced that Megadeth will be hitting the road this year in what will be a huge tour with another band. Although he didn't specify which band, he stated it could lead to the end of a potential feud, which has resulted in many rumours about who they will be touring with as in the past, Mustaine has feuded with Slayer, Metallica, Suicidal Tendencies, Phil Anselmo and more. The message from Mustaine reads as follows:"Today is the 9th of April and I have agreed to doing something last night that I am sure a lot of people are going to be very excited about, and something that I had hoped would one day lead to another one of the potential feuds going away for good, if not for a long while."I can't confirm the band or the dates yet, and I have to go get my youngster up for school. Rest assured, as soon as we are ready to announce it, you will be one of the first to know. Check here at the official Megadeth Forums, the Killing Road pages, and here at TheLIVEline.com."I worked on my book yesterday for an hour at least, and talked with the people from DEAN for a spell, then worked on lyrics and finally checked my eyelids for holes."I have to get up my kids for school now, so I will check back soon."

I'm kind of conflicted. I just bought these goddamn tickets and now there's a fleeting chance Megadeth and Metallica together?! Goddamnit!
Nah I doubt it's Metallica. I HIGHLY doubt it unless Megadeth is cool with being an opening act. This is Mustaine we're talking about... opening act is out of the question. Besides, Metallica's booked through the end of the year with their 2009 Death Magnetic Tour.yet. Last I heard Megadeth is doing the Gigantour again this year. Wondering who it could be? I know Slayer is going to be on the Mayhem Tour with Marilyn Manson. Rumors last year persist that it was going to be Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet for My Valentine with Megadeth on the Gigantour. Who knows
