I'm on vacation *does the row boat motion*
« on: April 11, 2009, 09:48:30 PM »
Friday, I woke up and went to work for a half day, cleaned out the car, packed up our shit, and drove 12 hours south to Myrtle Beach, SC. Rolled in around 7:30AM...what a long fucking day. We couldn't check in until 3PM so we lounged by the beach and pool. As soon as we unpacked our shit, I crashed. We are here until Friday and the weather looks to get shittier by the day til we leave. :-\

At least we have an ocean room view on the 20th floor. What a view.

Anyone else have any stories of vacation adventures?

My brother-in-law took his wife to Myrtle Beach today. Isn't that the place where old people and golfers go to be extra boring?

As for me, I've never had a proper vacation. I've traveled plenty and even bummed around quite a bit, but I think vacation assumes that you're taking a vacation away from something. Would be nice to finally have on of those one of these days.
