That is taken from the movie "Kids."  It's an awful movie that is supposed to depict teenage life.  It's about everyone being a whore and getting AIDS.

Kids really affected me when I saw it in the theatre. 

And then I got over it and kept living.  Cool movie though, very depressing.  Although the opening scene is hot!
