EA recently said that they're going to give up on NASCAR exclusivity- that kart racing game for the Wii will be their only NASCAR release this year- so I'm not giving up hope on Daytona USA.

Seems pretty plausible to me. I was stunned to see how completely separated and lacking in communication the US branches of Namco, Capcom, and Konami were from their Japanese parent companies. Hell, with SAMMY in charge of the purse strings, it's possible that parts of Sega Japan aren't even able to execute on their own plans.

Isn't the reason that XBLA is getting more Genny ports is because SCEA has been reluctant to release older games on their service?

I'm down for Gunstar as well, though I think this will be triple-dipping on a game I'm historically unable to play with any degree of competence.

I also find that Bionic Commando is something I would have been better at before I was old and tired all the time.
