There were rumors about him for awhile. He kinda of stirred the flame again a few months ago on that OF Oldie song ("I'm high and I'm bi - wait I'm straight"). I'm glad the process has been smooth, and even people in the hip hop community have responded well. I still doubt a rapper could get away with this though.

Ultimately his audience was already quite female, white, and alternative. He'll do fine. Personally I didn't really go crazy over his mixtape - I thought it was alright. I'm more into The Weeknd. Who seems even gayer tbh

Really digging the Frank Ocean album. He overdid it with the absurd number of segues, but otherwise, it's stacked with good tracks.

I will say, though, relegating "White" to a vocal-less segue was an awful decision. The original is just fucking incredible. I'm considering throwing together a mix without all the segues and the original version replacing the one with John Mayer.
