I find it all pretty dull, especially Exogenesis. They are much more "epic" when they aren't trying so hard. That punch they used to have on OoS and Showbiz is really lacking. And where the fuck is Bellamy's falsetto?

On the second listen through I like Unnatural Selection a lot, but I couldn't care less for the rest. MK Ultra is alright.

I agree with OptimoPeach. New Muse album fucking blows. I really like MK Ultra and Unnatural Selection isn't too bad either (although I prefer it live). But that's about it. Resistance sounds promising until that godawful chorus, holy shit. The album just annoys me more than anything.

I tried listening last night. Only got to 3 songs (the first track doesn't work on my computer for some reason btw) meh. Second track (Resistance) sounds a lot like New Years (U2) and the lyrics sounds like something FoC would write

There's this one song with weird ass percussion; like, it sounds like shit you'd hear on a cheap hip hop beat. Undisclosed Desires.

Dunno, all their albums have bits and pieces I like. Frances The Mute definitely has some good songs. But ultimately they're a band that doesn't know how to construct a good song. They need a good producer (Rick Rubin!) to smack them around a bit
