Adblock plus not working with Firefox 3

Moved to a new PC at work, installed firefox 3 and adblock plus. But it only lets me block domains, like evilbore.com and not individual pictures

How do I fix this?

select the top one with the full url, it USED to be that was the only option then they made it so you could choose the subfolder the image was in, you could always do this manually but now its an option for people to fuck up since its set to default

IE8 is pretty nice.  I use it exclusively...

unless I'm on my linux partition dicking around.

For some reason IE8 chugs along on my system. Either my antivirus hates it or it eats up too much system resources.

Which is saying a lot since I use Firefox. I haven't really looked into it though. I just know the program takes WAY too long to launch, especially in comparison to IE7 and Firefox 3.

It's prolly some addon like Java plug in helper.

go to programs list --> accessories --> system tools --> run IE (no addons mode).

if it starts fast then it's an addon causing it to slow down.

tools --> manage addons and disable addons to test, other known causes for slow down are: spybot and spyware blaster immunization settings.
