Most of the people on the Doctor Who forums don't appear to buy the news. "So-and-so will be on Doctor Who" apparently pops up as a rumor like this too frequently for it to be trusted. Also "So-and-so will be on Doctor Who as The Rani" apparently pops up even more frequently.

The "Deer in the headlights" look isn't sexy so that detracts from the image and whoever lit that shot seemed to have wanted to extenuate her age. Definitely a bad picture.
