Played some online coop deathsmiles.  It rocked and you get extra slowdown to help dodge stuff :D  Played a lot of the game today and rounded out most of the non-psycho achievements.  It's a good game and an EXCELLENT port.  Cave's first internal port is damn near perfect.  Only thing missing is a superplay dvd like the Arika ports on PS2.  If all future Cave ports are like this, shmup fans are in for a treat.  Cannot fucking wait for Mushihime-sama Futari now.  It's a lot better game than Deathsmiles and you get to shoot the hell out of a t-rex in the first level :D

Gonna go beat Fallout 3 tonight before I hit the sack.

Terrorist hunt is really easy to exploit, as clusters of enemies have predetermined spawn points and routes based on which approach you take. Cheap as hell, but then so is forcing players to gain experience to unlock camouflage options.

There's a point in the single player where you can rubberband your controller to gain experience for R62.

GODDAMN SPLOICERS

playing bioshock on hard, no vitachambers, and harvesting little sisters.  Hard + vitachambers puts it at a normal difficulty, harvesting little sisters tips it back to kinda easy.   Gonna get the brass balls achievement

Wrench + Ice tips BioShock to "completely broken rofl"

True.  I was using lightning + wrench + the wrench upgrade tonic or lightning bolt shotgun rounds (on big daddies) on my first playthrough.  The very beginning of the game before you get money is a bit tough since EVE is a little more sparse.  I wish they balanced a more hardcore mode where you can't buy eve or something.

Can't you pay a neighbour kid a criminally low amount to mow your lawn?

Playing the campaign mode in R6V2, sort of thinking about upping the difficulty a bit. Just ran into some legacy Rainbow 6 pathfinding bugs. I wonder if we will ever see decent alternatives to these games from other developers.

Ended up buying some CD-Rs just so I could rip some new tunes to my 360 (which takes a ridiculously long amount of time) just so I could play Geometry Wars with something other than the canned music.

The original Persona is nice and all, but the balance seems off.  It's either too easy or too hard.  It's a fun crawl dungeon crawler though, but yeah it totally does not compare to P3/P4.  It feels closer to the Suikoden I of Megaten if anything.

Played Fallout 1 until 3am.  Fun stuff!

I feel like if I can handle this, I'll be able to handle Planescape Torment.

I played some LittleBigPlanet The game has beautiful graphics and nice music. The game's controls are a bit too floaty and the gameplay consists of too much collecting.

Yeah, it's a lot of fun, but with three/four people even on local multi, the game slows to a crawl when there's tons of enemies/a boss on screen.

Playing Dune:The Battle For Arrakis today at work. On my days of starting tomorrow I'll be playing Fallout 3, Street Fighter IV, and some back and forth between Dead Rising and Lost Planet.

Fallout 1 is by far the most fun game I have played in forever.

I start playing in the evening and I feel like it's getting late and should find a stopping point and it's 2-3am every night and then I sleep for 5 hours and wake up at 8 :(  I need to stop doing this.  But it's soooooooo much fun.  I am becoming unstoppable killing machine and unlike Fallout 3 where it was just too easy, here it's actually really satisfying to be the unstoppable killing machine because it's normal not easy and you have to work to get to being awesome.  I also dig how the game is totally about replay value.  The game really forces you to specialize in a very small set of skills that make your playthrough pretty unique unlike Fallout 3 where you are good at everything.  But then the game is really short so you actually want to replay it with different style characters.

Also, in this case point n' click world map ftw ;P
