I'm sure this is old for some of you but I saw a
news article
interviewing one of the heroes based in Cincinnati, Shadow Hare. Which lead me to this page of wannabe vigilantes. I suppose their hearts are in the right place, but I don't see any of them really being effective against criminals.
I'd have to say that my favorite out of the group is Citizen Prime as he seems the most realistic of the lot.
If I didn't know any better, I'd say some just drew over an image of batman.

Really the best option is just to have a bullet proof vest, get doped up drugs and run around looking for criminals to beat up.

it's stupid that they cooperate with police, operate within the confines of the law, and even post their shit online.
if you're a criminal, and know anything about them, you know they aren't carrying a gun and won't seriously harm you.
