Stupid Verizon DSL question

Does anyone know if Verizon offers their Turbo DSL plan everywhere they offer DSL? Their shitty site doesn't think that my address is valid, and when I can finally get it to verify my parents phone number it only seems to list their Starter plan and their Power plan. Problem is, there's no real indication of whether or not they offer Turbo in my area.

$40 a month for 7.1Mb/768k isn't bad.
