1. Never, ever, ever, ever lie. Even in customer relations.  There is almost always a tactful way to be honest even if it means admitting your opinion will probably piss your listener beforehand.
2.  Don't ever put myself in a situation where I have to lie. Don't screw others over. Don't steal. Admit your mistakes and slights pre-emptively to gain control of the situation.
3. My place is kind of messy, but if said mess can breed bacteria or stink then it must be dealt with. I have alot of piles though.
