My boss collapsed during one of his regular long distance runs.

I got my previous job because somebody had cancer...
How many men will have to suffer before I'm king of the world?

Now that I think about it, our CEO had a heart attack a few months ago, which caused changes, making the guy who's sick now the almighty ruler of finance in stead of one of the rulers of finance.
