Seriously. Where is everyone? I got here at 8:30 to try and cram some work so I could leave by like TEN PM and no one has shown up yet.

And, also, I got a sweet raise, so whatever, but really.

Don't most office require employees to be there at 9:00 or 9:30 AM?

Today is teacher work day, so the kids get to stay home. I've seen very few staff around the building...

Admit it, your "work" is a few dumpsters in a back alley behind a Pizza Hut and your "co-workers" are some of the larger specimens of the rodent family.

my contract is for 8:30am to 5pm with a 1hr lunch break. i just turn up at 9, eat at my desk and leave at 5 most days.

although if i get there at 8:30am its pretty empty. for some reason people stay late
