I just watched the season finale on Hulu, and I don't think you should let the spoilers about the end ruin your interest in the show. It's just a goofy out-of-nowhere twist they decided to introduce. It doesn't "explain" any of the show's mysteries, it's not the answer to some season-long question. It won't make watching any of the regular episodes (which are generally self-contained) any less fun or tense. It doesn't have any real relevance to the things that happened prior; it has no real known bearing on characters or events prior. It's certainly a game changer, but only really for future episodes. If I had known it before I watched the first episode I don't think I would really give a damn. Compared the the season finale revelations of Lost and Alias, it is chump change -- just something wild that is introduced after the main plot arc of the season has already concluded.
This is assuming that the only posted spoilers were concerning the buildings (I saw those before I watched), and not the spoilers concerned Dr. Bishop and his son. Those would be a bigger deal (only slightly), but I didn't see them posted (it might have been deleted by the mods).
