It's a lot more in your face, isn't it? In that other game, you command powers that in turn lay waste to enemies. Here, you are the power, so it feels more personal. I guess it's not as clean cut as that since both games feature melee, but whereas Infamous' hero seems like a human who's gotten hold of super-powers, here you seem more like an unstoppable beast born to destroy.
Although, I can't come to terms with the wall-run skyscraper-run. That one is pushing it even for a game about a pissed-off mutant. Maybe there's some explanation for it in the game, but I doubt it. Not exactly a dealbreaker anyway.
