Last year I tried to get one of those free burgers, but the line-up at Harvey's stretched outside the restaurant and onto the sidewalk. The wait would have been at least half an hour, so I went to Wendey's instead.

Go in a car through the drive through. For some reason no one thinks to do it, and, because you're in a car, you can just ask for an arbitrary number of burgers. My friend asked for six burgers and got them all, despite being alone.

As I recall, my co-worker  (I was still working at Ford at the time) couldn't even get into the parking lot to attempt to use the drive-thru. The place was fuckin' packed and not worth the hassle for a "free" burger.
