I just hate having to move my hand off the keyboard whenever I want to select something and I'm not using Emacs. Are there desktop keyboards with integrated touchpads or trackballs or whatever?

Nubs are kinda cool to use for some reason, touchpads are horrible.
My sticky nerdfingers make my eeePC almost unusable at some times.

Well you can't scroll with the clitnub exclusively you still need to press down on a button as well. Thinkpad's are like the anti-Macbooks

I love the Thinkpad input setup, but the ones I've had/used were horribly failure-prone.

I have the low end version -it's not even a real Thinkpad but it's been sent back once and I have needed to reinstall Vista twice already.

2 tracking devices and 5 buttons though

Well for web-surfing, which I probably could've settled for the lowliest netbook for, a nice touchpad with side scroll functionality would be nice.

I tried logging into my WoW account just to check the Auction House with my bank character a day or so ago and just getting the 5-8 virtual yards while trying to navigate my character from the bank to the AH was painful just on the trackpad, a mouse is required

I didn't like my trackpad at first, but two-finger swipe scrolling is so much nicer than mousewheel if you have to to it ALL DAY LONG.

Also, I am uncomfortable cleaning out the toejam-like mouseball cheese substance that collects on physical mouse balls. Ew.
