Can we put a ban on Tekken Team developed fighters already? This looks fucking terrible. Did they outsource the character models to amateur 3D Modelers from deviant art? Jesus fucking Christ.

Tekken 6 looks fine in motion, looks absolutely beautiful in the arcade and I'm sure it'll look great on the console.

Tekken is a good game series, I don't know why it gets a lot of hate here.

Yup, Tekken 6 is good stuff and there's a reason why it's been DOMINATING the arcade rankings since its release in 2007 (holy shit!). It does, however, just feel like another Tekken 5 upgrade, so if people have had enough of that, I can see why they would be unexcited.

Also Bob is the best character ever.

Usually people that hate on Tekken don't "get" the series, you can't play it like other fighters. It's all about comboing and taking control of a match, it's a very offensive focused game. That's what's so great about the series, Tekken 6 just refines it again, which is a good thing since the last time they tired to stray too far from the formula we got the shitty Tekken 4. Hell, just adding the rage system in T6 can completely change the way a match plays out, makes for very exciting comebacks.

Tekken is the #1 fighting game in Japan for a reason. Sure, you can play it like normal fighters with your friends and I can see how it would be boring, but if you take time to learn the game it's very exiting. The game runs at 60FPS with a lot of shit going on, the models look great in motion.

For the record, I liked and played the shit out of Tekken 2 and Tag Tournament. Tekken 4 killed it for me. Tekken 5 was better but I still didn't care much for it. Tekken 6 gives me T5 vibes. I'll buy it once it hits the bargain bins.

Tekken 4 was the only one I played. If you say that the other ones are better, MAYBE I'll try a demo.

You played what is arguably the worst game in the series.

People despised the changes made to TK4, and Namco went back to a more TK3-like style with TK5. I was never very into this series; played a bit of the original, a good bit of TK2, and never really got into TK3 and TTT, but enjoyed TK5 and TK5 DR a lot and TK6 was fun in arcades. I haven't played TK6 BR yet. For the record, I am one of the few who actually LIKED Tekken 4, but that's probably because I wasn't much of a Tekken fan in the first place. The game has always felt too stiff to me, although things feel better in 5 and up, IMO.

All the people hating here probably played the shit out of the first three Tekkens and maybe Tag too. HYPOCRITIN HATAZ
