He slips on the Charmander footwear that have been laid out for him and shuffles towards the music. As he steps into the kitchen he finds PETA / J-Pop girl jammin' to some Utada Hikaru. He hears the verse..

All along I was searching for my Lenore,
And the words of Mr. Edgar Allen Poe.
Now I'm sober and nevermore
Will the raven come to bother me at home?

... and winces. PETA / J-Pop girl turns around with a skillet full of wilted greens and some tofu concoction, looks as though someone with indigestion ate some cabbage. PETA / J-Pop girl throws him the peace sign and yells "Hai!". He wants to die.

I'm basically done with the first quarter of my return to school. Took my last final Wednesday, but we have to come back in on Monday, bring the final in on a flash drive, and upload it from a school computer. I don't understand this because:

-I didn't have to do this in the other classes I took
-You can download and submit all tests from any computer anywhere
-I've done all the other projects and downloadable stuff from home
-It doesn't prevent cheating since you are free to work on it however you wish before submitting it; if two people are going to copy/paste each others' work, they can do it over e-mail, even at school!
-It's a final on fucking WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT 2007. Just three small projects to see if you know how to use them. I did it in 45 minutes. Please let me save some fucking gas money.

It was a shit-easy course, and amazingly some distinguished mentally-challenged fellows are still going to fail it. Half the class didn't show up on the day we had to give simply little five-minute Powerpoint presentations, and less than half the people who did them did them CORRECTLY.
