I told my study group partners that I was feeling under the weather today, which is why I was missing class. I went down to the lake to read this morning and it turns out I got really tan/burned, which they'll notice tomorrow. I didn't have any meetings scheduled with them, but I told a white lie in the interest of not having to put up with questioning and now I'm totally busted.

There are to many speed changes. It would make it so I can't concentrate on the tv.

Doing crunches though so I be doing then with me feet tucked under something or not? I can't make it nearly all the way up with out them tucked but I feel like I get more out of them.

If by laid, you mean exchange outlines and go over briefs. It just reinforces what we read and the commitment to the other people helps me stay on top of it.

I would go through at least three cans of Coke or Mello Yello in a workday, sometimes four. Then I would come home and have at least one 16 oz bottle of Coke, sometimes more.

Now that I'm drinking only water and diet soda (not Coke Zero), I drink much less. What's the use?

I just started drinking pretty much nothing but water recently. Used to average 2-5 cans of Dr. Pepper or Pepsi a day. I didn't get fat or anything, I was just worried about kidney stones

Wanting to protect the enamel is another reason for cutting back. Along those lines, I'm also avoiding the diet sodas that have phosphoric acid in them. So no Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Dr. Pepper, etc. I'll still drink Diet Mountain Dew, Diet Sun Drop, Diet Sunkist, and sodas like that.
