This game is so good. I could never get into any of the Wizardry games when I was younger, that has all changed.

Enemy mobs rape my bootyhole though :-\ I don't see how you can beat a legion of a certain enemy out in the field. I usually have to find a choke point and fight from there.

Nope, made a new party in Wiz8, is that why the difficulty is pretty big once you leave the Temple place (in the beginning?). I'm wondering, I'm not that far into the game... maybe I should play Wiz7 first?

Wiz7 is... hardcore, too hardcore. I beat it after 10 year hiatus, forced myself to finish it with a printed-out FAQ on my lap.

Maybe your party just sucks? Maybe you put points in wrong attributes/ skills?

I probably fuged up the whole party setup, I didn't really put too much thought into my party (which is dumb of me since I should be thinking about these things, especially in a Wizardry game).

Seems like the larger enemy encounters is really reliant on people with AoE Spells. My only Offensive Spell Caster finally got two and its helped but its still tough. My party is mainly made up of attackers up in front, Priest and Mage in the Middle and a Ninja on the Left.

Wizardry 8 is a pretty tough game, especially when you're going up against big groups. I had to go through three parties before I finally got one that could survive very long outside the monastery. I have no idea what the composition was.

I think I may start over with that. Some of the point allocation I had done wasn't as focused as I would like too, so a fresh start would probably be coo. Thanks for the info!
