This month is on track to have lowest amount of new threads posted since June 2006. Lowest amount of new posts in a month since September 2007. It may narrowly beat out last month's post count but take away E3, and it wouldn't even be close.

I blame Methodis, ManaByte, and duckman2000.

It looks like June is an outlier. Probably at least a few people have finals. Or there was a mass migration away from the board and now it's dead.

It is unlikely finals are the real reason why contributions have dropped. Now that we know the board is dying, do we continue the scorched earth policy (letting methodis, manabyte, and duckman2000 post until they have driven everyone off) or the sexy policy (posting tasteful pornography)

Here is a break down of the four forums that I've posted at recently:

Evilbore [The Bore] - Prolific members leaving, post counts tanking
NeoGAF - Overrun by stupidity and the repetition of the same old arguments, best members have been permabanned
Mystery Forum #1 - Dwindled into almost a complete wasteland, half of all new threads have an OP with just an embeded Youtube or Flash video
Mystery Forum #2 - Went offline without warning one day, still offline several months later

Not really, dude. This board drama shit is just ridiculous, especially coming from someone who regularly mentions his plans for leaving the board. I've got nothing against you and I certainly don't mind being painted as an all powerful destroyer of communities, but this crap is just drab.

I don't know if I am considered a quality poster or not, but I plan on posting more after this week. I have an econometrics course that is very tough and I have a huge project due this week.

I would also like to note that alot of the threads started this month were probably "Borys" threads, i.e. shittiest OP imaginable, followed by 0 to 2 responses.
