Real Life Karma

Anyone have any karma stories?

When I was a senior in highschool, I asked my friend to the homecoming dance because I thought it would be fun to go with just a friend. But I do think that she was kind of into me. Anyways, I started seeing this girl that I was pretty infatuated with (she was only 15 at the time  :-X) and I was pretty sure that she would go with me to the dance if I asked her. So I called up my friend and told her that I was going with someone else ( 8)), and I felt terrible immediately after doing so.

I ask the girl that I was obsessed with to the dance, and of course she says yes. We start hanging out more frequently and I even got her to skip class with me a couple of times. Fast forward to the day of the dance and I receive a phone call from my homecoming date. She is bawling and apologetic so I instantly know that something is wrong. She tells me that her parents found out about her skipping class and was consequently grounded for the weekend and not allowed to attend the dance. I had to go to the dance by myself like a fucking loser. Oh yeah, my friend stopped talking to me for 3 months after that happened. Karma  :'(

In high school I vandalized a van in broad daylight and someone called the police on me and I got in trouble.

When I was in junior high my dad decided to take us one day to a nearby mini ATV track, and right before he did me and my sister got into a small fight. Both of us were supposed to get grounded (at least I was, since I started it) until I somehow managed to come up with a story where I was innocent and she's the one that started it. Somehow my parents believed me (they almost never do, for a good reason) and she was the only one not allowed to go.

I felt extremely terrible of course, I thought my story would save us both, but it didn't and I wasn't ready to miss out on the fun and admit my wrongdoing. We left the house, leaving my poor sister crying in her room wishing for me to have a terrible time lol.

When we reached the track and I got on one of those ATVs, the guy who worked there asked if this was the first time I've driven one, I said no (a lie), so he would not adjust the speed. Needless to say after a couple of minutes of driving I lost control of the vehicle and fell, scraping almost my entire leg in the process. But karma doesn't stop there, when the guy who works there came to rescue and helped me up, he asked me if I could walk, I said no. He then told me to get on his vehicle, I did, a few seconds later the stupid dude lost control of HIS vehicle (prolly due to neglecting the difference in balance this time) and then both us fell down, that's when I scraped my other leg lol.

It was awful, but deservingly so. when we came back home and told my sister the story she couldn't stop jumping around out of joy lol.

:lol Karma must have been strong that day

Ok so I had this guy who was a friend I sort of developed a crush on.  He had a girlfriend, but he liked me too.  I kept griping at him to either leave her or stop flirting with me...and eventually he did leave her.

Then, a few months later, he left me for his "friend".

SMH.
