I won't actually chop up an onion or anything (fuck that). I just use onion powder/onion salt/granulated onion, whatever I have. If I have ham, I'll throw some of that in too. By the end, it doesn't taste like eggs anymore, but it's delicious.
Truthfully the only way I really enjoy eggs themselves is fried in butter over medium. All I need is a little bit of salt and I'm good. BT, you
