I'm thinking of getting a laptop soon. TF2 is the only game for pc I'm interested in trying. I'm completely ignorant of pc gaming, so does it run on cheap hardware? (say a 600-800 range laptop)

Did they ever add anything to the 360 version? I remember it being blasted for being shit compared to the PC version, and no one was ever playing when I would go on.

tf2 pc is fun in short bursts or whenever they release a new class update

id say that payload race (plr_pipeline) mode they added recently is the best yet so there is that too

There's lots of people playing. I just used a group on CAG cause I needed the 7 friends achievement.

Yeah, Valve has a surprisingly active multiplayer community with the X360 titles. I think there might be more L4D players on the 360 than the PC. Xbox has poop for support, though.

TF2 on 360 is a bit of a joke. Smaller number of players, no content updates, and ridiculous lag. Nearly every game that I've played with over 12 players has unplayable lag.

I've lost interest with all the new weapon additions and whathaveyou, although the newer maps are all pretty great. Not a fan of this trend of "unlockables" in multiplayer games, especially not the way its now handled in TF2 (not that the previous method was particularly good either).

I played Rainbow Six Vegas 2 all night and it is easily - easily - better than the 15 minutes spent on TF2

Came with Orange Box, which isn't that bad on 360 save for TF2.

My review is based on the gameplay itself and not any cosmetic additions that other versions may include. TF2 is the worst game to come out of this last few years of gaming. I apologize if the truth stings... a lot
