I've been kicked for:

* No Mic (reasonable, but it's not like anyone talks ANYWAY)
* Using a certain gun (I mainly use SCAR CQC, sorry if your match doesnt say USE PISTOLS ONLY or USE SHOTTIES ONLY)
* Being a lower rank than Elite (Excuse me if I haven't boosted my way up there yet

)
* Evacuating in Team Leader (Which is the point of the mode, but ok)
* Winning
* Losing
* Talking
* Not telling where the leader is
* Not standing still so people can spawn when I am the leader
* Most kills
* Most deaths
* Accidentally killing host (oh my bad, I was only waiting in a corner and you just happened to run out)

I've seen the first two happen a lot and those are understandable as it's mostly objective-based games that need teamwork and they usually tell you when it's pistols only (you should notice after the first few people you kill/are killed by anyways).

If you can't give voice directions on Team Leader, it's probably not the best mode to play. Your job as a leader is basically just stand at your base or wait for some guys to volunteer to escort you lol. I personally haven't played with my mic in over a year since it broke and I pretty much also exclusively play Team Leader but I can't remember the last time I've gotten kicked. Plus I always go Ramboish when I'm the leader because anybody that the leader kills can't be respawned. Often, I'm the first person to die.

I'm guessing that you're just playing with some douchebags.

Yeah. Single player blew too. I forget whomever said they just could've called it Rainbow Six: Ohio Suburbs, but they're right. It felt devoid of anything that made the original awesome.

There was better AI, more blind corners, designating grenade locations, plus a lot less room clearing. I thought it was an improvement.

Some fucking little kid was kicking if people went near their spawn. I mean near as in outside of the building (Vegas Junkyard). LOL
