wtf, I've been up 24 hours, after only getting four hours sleep last night, and I still can't sleep? and tomorrow's an important make-or-break day for my current project at work?

i don't understand why we can't just set a flag somewhere in our heads to fall asleep whenever we want. would that really be so hard to implement?

Thankfully, I don't need much sleep to function at 100%, but MAN I hate my internal clock, it's buggier than chinese peer to peer software.

I always have trouble sleeping. A cup of warm milk helps for me. It has trytophan, which helps induce sleep.
