The dude went on BBC posing as a spokesperson from Dow chemical(who bought UC) and said they going to put $12 billion dollars toward the cleanup of the facility for it's 20 year anniversary of the disaster.
To which Dow released a statement that it basically had no plans to clean up the site which, to this day, is contaminated and has been contaminating the drinking water there ever since.
