My Dad lives in Olympia and he has been complaining about the heat. Usually when I'm in WA I'm complaining that it's too cold to go boating/tubing/water skiing even in the summer.

It is damn hot. And I have to walk everywhere for work on site. Went to visit a few places where the cabinets are 140 degrees inside.

Hopefully this is over in a few days. Without the kiddie pool, life would truly suck.

The thermometer on my porch here in Greenlake says it's 100. I walked over to the lake earlier today and went for a swim. It was really nice.

I'm one of the rare cases that has AC in the house. We finally turned it on today after the heat from yesterday. I got two 4 year olds that I don't need to have problems with the weather.

One of my good friends bought an AC unit last year for his wife while she was pregnant. They live in Tacoma, or we'd be hanging out at their place.

fuck thats nasty. i grew up in newcastle and now live in Sydney and there's a noticable drop in humidity even over a short distance.

i went to Towsnville over new years in 2006, the humidity was bad not shocking (Singapore was obscene). The best part was it was 32 in Townsville on NY Day, but it was 45 in Sydney

It was 90 at midnight last night. We might get down to 74 around 6am.

I set up some air matresses and sleeping bags for my wife and I in our basement for tonight.

My weather station at home said high of 103.3, last night the low was 68 degrees.

I believe the news stations are saying that 103 is the highest recorded temperature in Seattle since they started keeping records around 1900. Hot.

Its always hot here in GA in the summer. Hot and muggy. But then again, we all have Air Conditioners for the most part too.

Weather.com puts it at 98. You act like The Weather channel will purposely mislead on temperatures.

Or were you implying that my current temperature post was what I was saying the high would be?
