I mean look at Rainbow 6 Vegas. GOTY! That's just a tip off the 360 iceburg.

Wii has one good game and dorks are paying 8 dollars for 8-bit emulated ports and trading their mii's like barbie dolls for parade.

Dont get me started on the ps3, a system with a launch library of titles that can only be described utterly boring. At least the Wii makes you jump around like a fool and make remarks about how much exerise you get these days.

Haha, I dunno. Since they're taking their time with the PS3 port, I think Sony's going to look awful pitiful if the game doesn't outdo the 360 verson. With like CoD3, you can at least say the PSr version was rushed, and the tech didn't have as much time to mature on PS3 as it did on 360. In R6, UBI is deliberately taking their time to make sure the game is worthwhile. If UE3 doesn't shine brighter on PS3 than on 360, Sony's going to be in the doghouse.

The DS Lite is nice. Less than $150, good library of titles to choose from and it's portable.

DS > PS2 > 360 > Wii = PS3 > PSP

is more like it though. PC is neutral since it's not really competing with anything else.

Same here, I get really addicted to PC games more than console. There's just so much more you can do with a mouse and keyboard.

For me, a lot has to do with the types of games that dominate the PC gaming scene - RTS and FPS. I love both genres so much, and they are both at their best with a mouse and keyboard. When I my laptop over two years ago, it was right before CS:S and HL2 hit. When CS:S was released, I played it for hours every fucking day for months. It's all about online gaming to me, and consoles are only recently catching up to PCs in that regard.

PS3 is better than the Wii. At least I know that the PS3's controller won't be holding back games, whereas the Wii is pretty much unproven. And at least we know the PS3 is equipped well for online multiplayer.

Really, Wii vs. PS3 is more a battle over who gets to be King Fuck of Shitty Mountain at this point..

Honestly, I've felt the same way about every sony controller. Moreso than any other, those handles just tempt you to give it a good twist.

PS3 plays PS2 games, therefore it should at least be in the PS2's spot. Plus I get to play all PS2 games in HDMI with 480p and with an awesome wireless controller. Some games even load faster. It's nice.

A year from now you're all going to be Sony's bitches. Don't deny it.

But right now, yeah, it doesn't have much. I haven't even turned mine on in like two weeks. But thursday is Motorstorm, and next week is Armored Core 4, so things are looking up. This launch has been just like the PS2 (in Japan) was back in April 2000. It sucked for a year or so too. So did the Dreamcast before it got awesome. Ditto for your almighty DS. This is nothing new.

Right now the PSP, DS, and PS2 are also tops in my book. 360 is nice but it's still not up there with the last gen stuff yet, as expected. I love the online though. The Wii has been fun in multiplayer with friends and my girlfriend, but I find that I barely ever play it by myself.

But don't think I'm just hating on everything. Consoles don't suck...it's their launch periods that tend to.

Im sorry but the PS3 doesnt 'get to' inheret the EARNED props of the ps2.

Ill be sony's bitch for 400. But at 600 they can go blow themselves. 360 has everything I want from a next gen console, and if Vegas is any indication, the performance depths to which the 360 can plunge hasn't been revealed, not by a longshot. I still prefer 360's Live interface and devs continue to back the 360 so ill keep on playing games on it, watchin dvds and streaming media from my pc onto my hi def ;D

Xbox 360 is the console to beat. People don't seem to realize how big it is to have Halo 3, GTA, and Madden on your system at the same time during a holiday season - which will happen come November 2007.

What will the PS3 have? MGS4? The last one sold decently, not great; the series is losing steam and I don't consider it to be a system seller anymore. Basically the PS3 is doomed
