Amazing performance. That last scene is just omg

He goes overboard sometimes where it doesn't work, but for the most part it just works

I agree. Funny I just watched this the other day. I thought for the most, he did a great job. but at some points it was a bit over the top. I thought Dr Dre's little appearance was a bit corny.

Decent movie though. It is most def enjoyable.

Plus that last confrontation between Denzel and Ethan Hawke is fucking amazing. Denzel totally dominates that.

I just didn't really like this character. Some of the evil shit he did just felt random in this movie. I respect how well Denzel portrayed him though.
