Thousands of artists crafted their best work for Joystick Division in an attempt to please our need for Mario fan art. But in the end, only 25 pieces were chosen for our fun-filled tribute to one of gaming's greatest icons.

The writer basically Googled Mario fan art, picked 25, and posted them. There was no contest. Better yet, he doesn't give a single artist credit.
