So hyped. Wasn't a big fan of last season (although still some good stuff in there), but the previous have generally been hilarious so I'm extremely excited.

Really? I thought last season had some of the funniest bits in the entire series, it's just seemed the gap between the highs and lows was wider.

... I also wonder how much effort they were putting into that other pilot for Fox that got shitcanned. Hopefully, they'll be focused only on Sunny now.

I don't think they were filmed in high-definition (season 4 was on FX On Demand HD, but it was just the regular SD feed), so why bother?

The upcoming Christmas special is going to be released on Blu-ray, so maybe season 5 will also be in HD?

i can't even agree with that. i think it was by far the weakest season, although i think all the hate it gets on GAF which i kind of started is unjustified.

I think it was pretty great at times, especially after rewatching all the seasons less than a month ago.

I still contend the second season is the weakest.

Yeah. I think The Gang Solves the Gas Crisis is one of my most favorite episodes out of any season.
