More stupid work venting

• So, last week I forgot to send a boolean argument to a Shell.Run command in a vbScript, and I totally fucked up 1400 accounts in our domain. I am still picking up the pieces of that blunder  I was sure I was going to get in a ton of trouble for that one.
• Why is it that I had to do the web coding for a page that uses Google's AJAX reader to pull in our campus announcements RSS feed when our web developer is supposed to be a whiz kid? Fucker wasted an hour of my valuable time today.
• Why doesn't the guy who replaced me at my old job ever listen to the advice anybody gives him? His coworker, one of my dear friends, is about ready to kill him. I feel so bad for her. I also don't like that he constantly makes more work for ME because he can't follow simple instructions.
• Why can't our 20 year 'veteran' get a fucking Sharepoint cluster set up properly? Oh wait, I know. It's because he won't read through the 300 page deployment guide from Microsoft that I've read through and highlighted for him. Fuck him. I had to reinstall Server 2008 on those servers twice because he couldn't follow step 1 in Microsoft's guide. He's reinstalled it himself at least once since then, too. Fuck you. Fuck you. Fuck you.
• Why can't our 20 year 'veteran' get it though his head that now that we've moved to Exchange 2007, he's got to change his old vbScript account creation scripts over to PowerShell scripts.
