Tetris, Children of Mana and Clubhouse Games.

Also, don't knock it, but New Super Mario Bros. has one of the most addictive 2-player multiplayer ever.

... oh, RPG.  Uh yeah, Children of Mana.

What about the co-op mode in Castlevania PoR?  Or is that way too short?

Magical Starsign has co op, sounds decent according to the IGN review.
