The production I'm involved in is currently in post. It's on the verge of becoming a creative nightmare, because someone from the crew (who we were planning to let go afterwards) is an insecure, fucking douchebag that went around people's backs and is bringing the lead into the fray now.

Well, part of the problem is that this particular crew member is pretty young (other than this cat, I'm the youngest of the crew at 25-years-old) and thinks he's amazing and should be entitled to get his way. And has a narrow view of how things work, as a result.

His unprofessionalism is something that was unexpected, though.

Unfortunately, it's Friday, and if they can't get ahold of him today (I think he's working on another shoot), then that means it gets delayed until Monday. You can't get ahold of people on weekends apparently.

Also, there's some careful tip-toeing involved because of Hollywood politics. It's not as cut and dry as we'd like. Or else I'd personally skullfuck the guy.
