I'd get Battlefield if I didn't own it. But Metro is supposed to be short and linear and needs to be more around a rental price. Plus for $25 more you get all the other THQ stuff and its a great deal.

Just Cause 2 DLC is also half off but the only one really worth owning is the aerial pack with the jet booster. I own that too.

Sorta tempted to spend $1.50 on JC2 dlc for parachute thrusters and agency speedboat but I doubt I'll ever boot the game again so I'll pass.
Same with DMC4 for $7.50 but I'll never play it cause I played the hell out of the game on console and unlike DMC3 which is amazing with a zillion boss fights, no reason to go back to DMC4

I'll buy Mount & Blade when it hits $2-4 eventually.
I'll buy Metro 2033 when it hits <$10 eventually.

A lot of people swear by it, it's by far the best version. I think Prole mentioned how awesome it was a few days ago

I think the monsters are a little bit harder, but still it's pretty easy. Still awesome though.

Considering I got all those games + Puzzle Agent ($10) for less than the price of a single X360/PS3 game after Amazon discounts, I think I made out well. And having gotten Mass Effect 2 from the EA sale for $24, I think I'm totally good on PC game buying until Black Friday sales. Although I'll buy Fallout NV at full price to support Oblivion.

I read somewhere they did something to balance it. So it's not like they just removed the cap and left it as is.

TLR on PC seems like a good improvement. The battles are sped up so you don't have to sit through 3 minutes of animations, and I read that they changed the way the Battle Rank scaling works. Though looking at the enemy health differences between the PC version and the 360 version, the leader cap removal looks like it makes the game a whole lot easier. The Fallen even had his health decreased in the PC version, so unless they changed the fight, he's probably a joke in comparison. Which probably just means you'll have to do less grinding to beat him and the true final boss.

I can't for the life of me get Trine or the Tell Tale games pack into my damn cart and finish checkout. I've tried deleting cookies and reinstalling freaking steam.

I even tried my girlfriends account and these two just don't like me. I was able to get a L4D2 4 pack no problem though. WTF!?

okay, all members can schedule events, now

officers can also promote other members to officers, i only ever do it when i remember, but as far as i am concerned everyone can be an officer

the only thing i kept owner-only is editing group decription, kicking members, and deleting posts, so just message me if there are ever any problems
