Fuck Summer! Fall 4 L1F3! :rock

I've been keeping my windows open, drinking Octoberfest (and Pumpkin Ales) and watching horror movies in anticipation! October 1st, my Halloween decorations go up!

Fall so rules.  Summer is a muggy, hot piece of shit season.  Here in the south I'm continually amazed that people used to live here before air conditioning was invented... they must have just sat around and plotted vengeance during the summer months, it's too hot for anything else.

Fall is the best season.

Not only does my birthday take place in fall (October 29th :rock) but the best holiday takes place in the fall as well (Halloween). Add in horror movies, the parties, the colors (orange from fallen leafs) and it's easily the bes season. It's not too hot like spring or summer either.

Winter comes close. I hate cold weather, but the cold weather brings the departure of insects and mother nature can fuck off since I hate them. Winter also gets marks for being the most fashionable season.

Can other seasons top winter in terms of fashion?

Mmmm nope.

There's no such thing as fall in Saskatchewan.  I believe the technical term is "pre-winter" :P

Fall :rock

We close up our seasonal business after (Canadian) Thanksgiving, I open up shop in a cottage, and proceed to be a bum for the winter (outside of a couple of retail shifts at a friend's game store).

I love the fall.

Why would I wear a sweater or anything heavy in summer  ???  I'd sweat my ass off and die of exhaustion every day.  I have to wear t-shirts, even though I look awful in them

T-shirts don't make you look like a giraffe. Your neck does.

Never forget.

Edit: So wear a polo instead.

Negative.

Fall/Winter is superior, since you get to rip layers of their clothes off... like a Christmas present.

Fact: Fall/Winter fashion is better than Summer fashion. I'm talking about being fashionable, not being skimpy, and on that list, summer is the worst.

I just like being comfortable in jeans and a hoodie...whether it's a raggedy old one or a lined j.crew deal.

I'm thinking it's time to ditch my double breasted pea coat though.  Two years ago, it was fine, but I felt a little weird with it last year...i think I'll get something a little more understated this year.
