where is Funspot? PHoF is slightly ghetto but the tables are immaculate. There is a cranky old man in an apron who does maintainance, he looks like the shopkeeper in Oregon Trail

Yeah. Most tables are fifty cents and are five balls. The more recent tables are 75 cents. They are all about you playing the tables, plus you have the old guy in the apron going around doing nonstop maintainance. I only got to spend about an hour but I literally could have gone all day in there... Lord knows it's a better entertainment value than 90% of the other stuff in Vegas.

I think I got 8mil in some freak multiball run on taxi, but it's less than demi's score.

the williams challenge is infuriating to me. pinball is kind of like bowling. I really like it, but totally suck.

Well now we know what their next game is.

Gotlieb Hall of Fame Collection (previously released on PSP/Wii) HD for XBLA. Tables now all super high-res HD replicas and I'd be surprised if there wasn't some tuning to get the gameplay to be on par with Williams or better. Plus Achievements and leaderboards and stuff.

WB should release a pinball platform like Pinball FX and start release Williams/Midway tables. Some of the licenses for the movie based tables should be pretty inexpensive. I'd kill to have the Addams Family, Terminator 2, Twilight Zone, and Creature from the Black Lagoon.

The way I see it, it's better than nothing and maybe they'll be more fun with some extra development time, better physics/challenges and great graphics.

Plus I played the psp version all of about 30 mins total, so this will be all new to me.

I'm guessing Williams, despite being awesome, was a flop and these guys can't get funding to do a new pinball game. It's been years now and their next game is a port/upgrade? Which is sad because the Pinball FX/Zen Pinball guys despite being not as good, seem to be thriving. Imagine if the Marvel Pinball had made their deal with the Williams guys instead of the Pinball FX guys :|
