I wanted to let you know that the team has released a system update for the Xbox 360 over Xbox LIVE.

Sometime over the next few hours when you sign in to Xbox LIVE you’ll receive a prompt to accept this mandatory update. If you are signed into LIVE already, you may be signed out and asked to accept the update and you’ll be back online in a few moments.

There are no new features or changes in this update. This update is preparation for additional system enhancements (Facebook/Twitter/Last.FM) that will arrive later this year.

Again, there are no new features in this update.

Just installed it; took 3 minutes from download initiation to reboot to install completion. Seems to have borked my auto sign-in settings, but whatevs.

I thought there was a change - there's a new help section which has moved system options even further down the line.

Do you change your options a lot?

I think LB/RB used to jump to the end of whichever channel was selected. So you could get to Settings with just RB from the My Xbox channel. However I think it was the previous update which changed it to jump 4 or 5 units at a time instead of the whole length.

I totally forgot about the LB/RB thing - thanks!

I go to options now and then, but I'm mainly thinking it would be nice to disable things I don't use at all in the list such as the new help thing and the Windows thing.  No matter.

Even if they're not hiding, it's clear the one guy's putting a lot of effort into trying to hide.

I thought I could see them in the hole of the 9, but it might be jpeg artefacts.
Can you give me a hint?

There is, in fact, a hole involved.

Yeti - There's a thread on GAF that gets made every week for PSN updates, and they hide silhouettes of some wrestlers from Smackdown, the image where one of them was grabbing the others nuts.
