I guess these are ads for South America. I have no idea what is up, but I appreciate the craftsmanship and wouldn't mind massive, unbranded versions to hang on the wall.

I actually think those ads are really great. To me it came across as "alternate identity" when you play a game.

Artistically, they're great. Remind me a little of Chad Michael Ward's older stuff. As an ad campaign, it is possible all they're trying to do is get people to figure it out, maybe talk about them with friends, spread the ads virally.
