The most legendary is all your base, but my favorite will probably be Jill Sandwich.

Actually, there is this generic street racer guy in NFS: Most Wanted who looked stylistically challenged who said a line to the effect of: "First I'm gonna take your ride, then I'm gonna take your girl. GET READY FOR THAT!" that had me laughing for a while.

The first Valkyrie Profile had some pretty ugh delivery and some of the lines weren't too good either.

The best worst line ever is in PS2 Rygar. After Rygar kills Icarus he gets all mopey and picks up a plume that had fallen from Icarus's wings, proclaiming mightily:

I SWEAR MY VICTORY...TO THIS FEATHER!

Oh my car is the best shit out. Especially the Mega CD version, which was deeper and slower.
