Yeah, I'm with the complainers here, Willco; "jon" needs to be reserved for
attempting and failing to do the right thing. Sounds like they set you up with the ideal solution, and probably even covered your license transfer to the new system's firmware ID as well.

Sure wish they would have swapped my system when they repaired it here. I'd have loved to get the HDMI port.
