Let me just add in a story about Toys R Us quickly- they fucking suck shitballs. I went in there this morning and not only did they NOT have the GOTY edition of Fallout 3 available, they hadn't put out their stupid paper tag things for Brutal Legend yet. AND they were sold out of Batman, so I probably wouldn't have taken advantage of the Buy 2 Get 1 anyhow.

How does MP even work? I don't remember almost anything about Civ1 other than you moved guys around and talked to smart people ^^;

Usually you start on the same map (same continent/pangea on a small map is encouraged for faster games) and then basically play the game with a third party "pitboss" server keeping the game state during sessions so people can jump in and out.

Usually ends in a axeman/swordsman rush if you are close enough. Fun stuff, but I think the Realms Beyond Civ or Civ4 HOF challenges are way more fun and in spirit with the learned tactics you acquire playing the game.

I bought Risen earlier this week. Thumbs up.

I had to get the Star Wars book after I read the synopsis:
