On a stupid whim (and because I can return it to EB) I picked up FarCry Wii

The Good: Control, once they get this into a good game it'll rock, nice and responsive, works well and has plenty of options

The Bad: it looks like dogshit, like dreamcast bad dogshit.

so I'll tool around it tonight and bring it back a.s.a.p. and pick up elebits like I should have.

If you get it for $20 or under maybe, it's fun but the graphics are really piss poor, and this is coming from someone who is pretty fucking forgiving.

AI seems pretty dumb too.

Ubi needs a hard kick in the nuts.

What get's me is GC was the first with a crytek engine way back, and then never got farcry at all, at least make this one look like an xbox version.

Like I said, once this is put into a worthy game, it will rock, it proves the controls will work.

To all of you who bought Ubisoft's Wii launch games, I have a message for you.

You're simply encouraging these publishers to put out these weak ass ports if you buy them now.  Ubisoft put very little effort into most of their Wii games, and no one should be rewarding them for such pathetic effort.
