Never played it, but I have a slipstreamed 440MB exe and I just ran it and it ran fine for me.
I'll play it one day.

I'm running 64bit, maybe thats why its acting fucktarded. I made it to some training simulator and it stuttered and locked up.

Well, I just loaded up a new game and looked around. So I have no clue if that's involved. If you can figure out how I could send you my copy, you can try that.

Walk to the training simulator and do a little past that. The guy stuttered and I had to kill the game in task manager.

I rushed through the training, picked Marines, did 3 years of training really fast and got to some part where a satellite dish exploded. No crashes or hang ups. I blame 64-bit.

Just wait till the xp virtualization is installed on/around 22nd. Then run it in xp mode, you should have no issues. I got a version with near final xp mode and it works fine with my copy of SS2 and Homeworld 2 wooo!
