Never been phished, but I did have a girl at the local Sonic steal my debit-card info (back when I still ate fast food) and try to buy new tires (350.00) a new cell phone (270.00), and a bunch of car parts all in one day with just the card number, the security number on the back, and her words. I still cant understand how a Verizon store would allow her to just punch in the numbers herself instead of swiping the card.
Got a call from the bank's security group that night, locked the account, went to the local branch the next day, cut my old card in half, opened a brand new account up, and then proceeded to fight for my money back. I didnt have to fight hard, the girl tried to use the card again at another parts store while I was at the bank, and the bank called the police and the store in question. Girl was trying to fix her car and her boyfriend's car up.
I ended up getting all the money lost as well as the overdraft charges the girl gave me (I had several small 5-10 dollar purchases hit after she did what she did which gave me another 300 in overdraft fees.) removed. Also got a free month of identify theft monitoring out of it to make sure she hadnt gotten more than just the card's info.
Hope this turns out as well for you as it did me.
