I like the visuals, but it is intent on aping a lot of the same visual cues from the CG trailer for AC2 and the original. Hopefully the franchise can move beyond "pretty but vapid" at some point.

They didn't whore her out, dude.  pathetic nerds and game journalists just orgasm over any female talking about games.  ubi probably knew it couldn't do any harm, and probably would some good, to have a female pitching the game in interviews but they could never have predicted the hype over her.

If they didn't whore her out, then why is she taking a backseat with the promotion of AC2 and Patrice, the actual creative director, is the one who is getting the spotlight? No, they whored her out, the press called Ubi on the tactic, and they changed their mind with AC2.

Because I doubt a bunch of gamers are going to care what a guy named patrice says about a game (when googling, I expecting to just see a plainer woman)...  raymond is still working as executive producer this time though, which is I'm guessing a promotion from producer.

Well I didn't know that you decided to suddenly agree with me and prove my point.  There's a few pictures of her moles and a group pic where she is arguably dressed better than the others in the picture.  This leads to a thousand posts about her creative and sexual skillsets.  Something people don't usually wonder too much about when it comes to videogame developers.

Look at how the picture is staged. A producer of a game is put waaaaaaay in the front of the rest of the development team. Even the creative leads on the game are way in the back.

Sebastien Puel is the producer of AC2, not Jade.  He has been giving a ton of interviews.  I've been trying to draw attention to how Ubisoft is whoring him out but I guess you haven't been paying attention since he's not a pretty girl.
