This kid was walking behind my daughter in the school Halloween parade. I didn't notice it til later but I think it's a pretty good boba-fet(sp) costume. One of the best I've seen anyways.

Once you get older, Americans really let it hang loose - booze, candy and sexy costumes. It becomes a sexually charged holiday; women will do anything during that one day.

this is my biggest halloween pet peeve

its much more attractive when you go all out and make an awesome costume

wearing a sexy costume just means youre boring

Alright, I'm pretty sure I have a fever, and my throat feels like someone lit it on fire and then dumped a bunch of shit in it. Gonna drink it off. Usually works. I thought about gargling vodka last night to kill all of the bacteria in my throat, but I doubt that would help. At all.  :lol

I see where he's coming from. Disrobing a chica in a lavish costume is better than unwrapping a present on christmas morning.

My fraternity (I feel like this may just fly here, cigarillo jokes welcome) is throwing a "Thriller"-themed party tonight, but I'm sick and have to finish a twelve-pager that was due earlier today. I'll be up most of the night, my skin will worsen because of sleep deprivation and stress, and in the morning I'll have to shoot a few e-mails out, just so the paper'll be accepted. Tomorrow night I will get wasted off of red wine, I've decided. I have not decided, however, on a costume yet.

Sitting in apartment, literally gargling shots of vodka and chasing with honey to heal up before I go out. Fever around 100 so not that bad, more pain is in the throat. Going out in about an hour.

Was in the Halloween mood, so I bought The Thing, American Werewolf in London, and Big Trouble In Little China on the blu-rayz.  Probably going to watch movies tonight since all my friends are at Halloween parties thrown by their work or people who I don't know >_<  Would be a good night to finally watch Trick 'r Treat.

The girl in the beginning (awful actress), who also co-stars in Dante's Splatter (that Roger Corman/Netflix streaming series), is my friend. She was so happy about it when it came out.

... I'm working on my HALLOWEEN TRILOGY (Halloween, Halloween II and Halloween H20). I'm halfway through Halloween II. Glad to see others will be partaking in the AMC restoration of Night of the Living Dead.

Bebpo, definitely watch Trick 'r Treat - I'm going to throw it on tonight. My guests arrive at 8 PM. Today rocks! :rock

Also, I made a Phillies pumpkin. If that doesn't indicate that they'll beat the Yankees tonight, then nothing does.

Got my night planned. A little Borderlands action for now since I'm still hopelessly addicted followed by a little horror old and new.

Old: The Thing
New: Trick 'r Treat

After that I might watch Day of The Dead since its been a long time.

Hmmmm...I could watch OPERATION DARKNESS: THE MOVIE (aka DEAD SNOW, Nazi-zombies in the snow but no dragons), but somehow zombie movies don't feel like Halloweeen atmosphere.

Hmmmmmmm, almost midnight.  Time to decide final Halloween movie of Halloween 2009!

I tried jumping on Team Fortress for HALLOWEEN NIGHT and having not played TF2 really almost at all I was just VERY CONFUSED.  I saw all kinds of masks but I dunno if that was halloween masking or just how people dress these days.

Gonna watch some HALLOWEEN II (1981 version) now.

Oh you meant the original films. I actually watched Halloween, Halloween II and Halloween H20 back-to-back today as they cap off a pretty neat and tidy trilogy. Halloween II is severely underrated, and it really does feel like the second part of the original flick. I dig it.

Tonight went pretty well, with trick-or-treaters, food, candy, booze and movies. However, I feel like my peers can no longer hang as late as they used to, as their bodies betray them.

This injustice will not stand. I won't be cleaning up at 12 or 1 AM next year, that should be when things are hitting their stride.

I've decided that come hell or high water, I will do something spectacular next year. And I'm really leaning towards renting a theater.

Some creepy Michael Myers shit, Cleveland cops arrested a guy who was being served for his involvement for a sexual assault after they found six bodies of women in varied states of decomposition and buried in and around his house. All died violently, likely strangled. They could have been there for years.
